To support site functionality in this off-grid location, Black Diamond also delivered full water and septic services, enabling full use of the facilities without delays or interruptions. With crews moving in on May 1, the project was handed over on time and within scope—a testament to the speed, scalability, and reliability of modular construction when done right.
Beyond meeting the immediate need for housing and officing, the Loco Hills project highlights how modular solutions can reduce operational disruption, minimize downtime, and keep projects on schedule in the most remote and demanding environments.
This project reflects Black Diamond Lodging’s commitment to providing high-performance accommodations that go beyond shelter. We built a temporary community where people can rest easy, stay connected, and perform their best—because when workers are safe, happy, and comfortable, everything else falls into place. At Black Diamond Lodging, we’re proud to deliver modular accommodations that make people feel at home, no matter how far from home they are.
